My descriptive/normative metaphor

My descriptive metaphor is a male order bride and “your father”. The male order bride is the earth and “your father” is human society, the male order bride is from Europe and wants to come to the country and secretly just wants an easy way in to the us instead of going thru the hole immigration process, she doesn’t want to get married she just wants in. “your father” wants a wife but is way to ugly and obnoxious to land him a American woman, so he had to go out of country to get him a woman. When he finally called got the information and gave his credit card he was in he got the woman of his dreams, this is what he thought. She found out the news and she was so happy that she could move and live in America and meet up with he long lost love of her life in America.
The male order bride has her own priorities and “your father” has his own reasons to think he knows what the bride is going to do and what she is doing but really he just thinks he knows this in reality he has no control and going to end up poor and in a worst situation than he was in before he ordered the male order bride.

How is our life style possible?

We live our life like insane people because we all know cars are bad for the environment but we still drive them. We know people are dieing to make our shoes and clothes but we still wear them. But don’t find it fair that if I change what will that do to the social society if I use a fan and turn off the lights when the sun is up, but yet my neighbor is using 30 times the energy and kilo watt hours I was using in the first place. I say we lay down strict no humble laws that when broken directly to jail time or some harsh punishment.

I see life having a very symmetrical ending. The way earth, life, human society started I feel will be the same way it ends. Life on the planet varies from person to person some believe a higher power started it others think it was all science and small organisms. I feel it was all science and then the theory of evolution took off and created what we have today, so my opinion is very bias. So the way I feel the earth will end is on that bias side as well, just my personal opinion.

america has changed, and not for the good. we turned from a self sufficient country to a country that needs to have its hand held through life. from the climbing of the population and the changing of the climate to us not having enough resources to live our lives for the next 10 years. not only are we as a planet doing this but we pretend like we are doing nothing. as the planet is being raped and asaulted we still unknowingly use and do things without consciousness that are very bad.

i dont really buy this mr. Heinberg. what exactly are you saying, and after you anwser that what is your anwser to the problem you are predicting so forcefully? i would have to put this book up in the air i guess i can belive it but i also belived "in a million peices" if you know what i mean. Mr. Heinberg could just be making the money and saying all these outrageous views. he could be the jose concesco of the global warming world.
